Xl double bedroom available in Earls Barton

I have a large double bedroom (furnished) available for rent. The house is 3-storey and has 4 bedrooms however will only be me and my dog that you'd be sharing with. There are also 2 bathrooms. (One a small WC, the other a family bathroom inc bath and shower)

All bills included, including superfast broadband. Parking available on street outside the house.
Great transport links to both Northampton and Wellingborough (bus stop just outside the house) and is a 10 min drive to the M1 and 2 min drive to A45 (if that!).

Its a lovely village and has 3 pubs, a large supermarket and a nice atmosphere. Surrounded by countryside so a great place if you like walking.

Unfortunately I can't consider someone with pets... whilst I adore all animals... my dog prefers to think of them as snacks so its very much an only-dog household.
