I am a professional male, working in the Charity Sector.
My house is large and situated in the sought after village of Eydon, the location is in a quiet cul de sac in an idilliic rural environment, would suit like minded professional who enjoys easy access to the countryside and a quiet space to relax after a days work.
The village has an excellent pub within easy walking distance and an active social scene.
The house is located 20 minutes drive from Banbury and Daventry and 40 minutes from Oxford, Northampton and Milton Keynes.
I have two spacious double rooms to let, one as an ensuite bedroom the other as a private sitting room over looking beautiful countryside. One room features integral wardrobe with plenty of space for a double bed, side tables. The other room has space for a three seater sofa, TV and work station. I am offering both rooms furnished. In addition I have an another integral wardrobe on a landing to offer.
I have an additional furnished spare bedroom to accommodate occasional guests, for a small consideration.
You will also have access to a kitchen, dining and utility room (washing machine, dryer, own fridge,/freezer) super fast broadband, large garden and sun deck and off road/drive way parking. All bills are included.
I offer a cleaning service (excluding laundry) at a cost of £40/pcm.
I would prefer a lodger who doesn't work from home all of the time, those who do may have to pay a reasonable energy supplement..
