We have a spare room to rent, Monday to Friday, in our home opposite Delapre Park & Abbey in Northampton. We will also consider full-time on a short term basis.

It's in a great location for getting into town or the train station and also fantastically located for a quick exit out of Northampton to the A45/M1.

We are young-ish (!) professionals and want to make more use of one of our spare rooms. Having another professional living with us would be ideal.

The room is a good size and comes furnished, including a small built in wardrobe.

All bills are included in the rent with super fast broadband, TV, BT sports packages, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV.

There is a family bathroom upstairs and there is an additional shower room and toilet on the ground floor.

There is plenty of open communal space down stairs with an open lounge, diner, kitchen, which you are welcome to use.

We have a lovely garden space with a decking, lawn and patio areas.

There is plenty of parking along the roadside but it does fill up quickly in the evenings so you may not be directly outside the house.
