Beautiful Single Room

My partner and I own the house and we have one single room available. Our double bedroom has just been taken.

The house is in Far Cotton which is a great location for easily getting into town or to the train station. The M1 is a five minute drive away. We're just around the corner from St James Retail Park, so plenty of amenities close by.

We're a young, social couple who both work full time and have a small dog. We're looking for professionals to share our home. Kitchen, dining room and living room are all communal. All bills are included with rent. We have superfast broadband, Netflix, Now TV which you're welcome to use.

There's a family bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs. There is plenty of on road parking next to the house.
