A short walk to the town centre as well as the university of Northampton. We are very clean and want someone who is equally clean.

We have available an double room located on the first floor. It comes with furnishings of desk and chair, wardrobes and a mattresses for a good night sleep.

There is a built in kitchen with vast amount of fridge space and an electric hob ( safety first!). All bills and broadband are included, so no hidden extras.

There is ample road side parking for car owners.
