This room share is for one lodger to share with homeowner only. I provide a lodger agreemeent with T&C's, Please read the description to make sure you are happy with what is included.

Please be aware you will need to provide photo ID, complete an application form and lodger agreement. If unwilling to do this please do not apply.

PAY Weekly in advance £125pw plus £250 security deposit, one weeks notice on next rental due date, min term two full weeks.

PAY Bi weekly in advance, e. g. £250 every two weeks
(£125x2) plus £250 security deposit with two weeks notice on next rental due date, min term four full weeks includes first two weeks and two weeks notice, min stay 4 weeks.

Peaceful Detached House very good area, older part of village, near all major routes with local shops, restaurants, takeaways, pubs, supermarket, post office all walking distance, very quiet here, free safe parking on road.. Pleaase note this is a doggy home, no cats or any other pets, important you like dogs even if you don't have them yourself.

Shared kitchen with full mod cons including integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine with very good spin, two x air fryers, toaster, slow cooker and microwave. I have not used electric hob or oven for two years or tumble dryer due to costs, light use of hob only. If anyone would like to use tumble drier cost is £6 per hour. I have a large conservatory which is great for hanging washing or the garden weather permitting. I can do your washing for you for a small additional cost.

I am a non-smoker but may consider smokers. However, no smoking allowed in the house at anytime.

This is a very quiet house, However, if you like a noisy boisterous lively house, this is not for you. I foster dogs so If you love dogs, like peace and quiet, sleeping well at night and need somewhere short term to chill out then please get in touch.
