This is a beautiful home that every temant has loved staying in. We have a communal Kitchen, washer and dryer usage included in the price as is the WiFi and council tax. You have your own en suite which gives you the added privacy.
Gas and electricity is not included and based on sensible usage is around 100 a month ontop
No smoking in the house, smoking in the garden/outside only.
Parking is on the road, and the garden is front and rear of property.
We have a couple of cats in the house so won't be able to accommodate any other pets.
