Furnished double room available to rent in a two bed modern flat; flat located in quiet area close to good bus routes and local amenities in Grange Park.

Bedroom has double bed, large chest of drawers and clothes rail.

The lounge/diner has a large super comfy sofa perfect for lounging around on, Freeview TV and dining table and chair set;
The kitchen is modern and clean, although there is no dishwasher or microwave;
The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over.

I am a friendly person, I am not a party animal, but enjoy being social and am only slightly obsessive about cleanliness. I am pretty easy to get on with and respect privacy, I sometimes work from home, so I appreciate personal space but will make time to chat when our paths cross.

I am looking for an 'easy to get along with' non smoker who respects that this is my home to rent the room.
