I have a 4 bedroom property and a I have a double room doing nothing! In a quiet area of Grange Park in nice clean modern house.

Great access to all routes … the M1, the bus route into Northampton town centre and train station. would suit a working professional, females only please.

The furnished room comes with all bills and superfast wifi included. The room is not en-suite however, the family bathroom with shower and bath is next to this room is not used by me.

You will have full use of the kitchen (keeping it clean), there are two sitting areas, so plenty of space to use the house and not be confined to your room and some storage in garage if you need it.

On street parking.

Live in with me, I work 100% from in a professional capacity.

My 21 year old son is home every so often from uni, so he is hardly ever here, when he is quiet, discreet and respectful.

Two minutes walk to the local pub, co-op, doctors, dentist, hairdressers and take aways.
