- The second floor flat is within the lovely Grange Park development. There are loads of walks around, not least Foxfields Country Park 5 minutes walk away

- Co-op, as well as a doctors, pharmacy, dry cleaning and several takeaways are a 3-minute walk

- It takes 2 minutes to get on the M1 from the flat, 10 minutes to Northampton Town Centre and 20 minutes to Milton Keynes.

I am a working professional (30 y/o) who is out most of the time whether that be for work or leisure.

My only asks are for a respectful and tidy flatmate.
