Large double room un/furnished

Hi,
My husband is a HSQE manager & I'm a stay at home mum. We have a 3 month old who is very good sleeper & a 3 year old who loves cbeebies. We have a spare double room which is a really good size. Comes furnished or unfurnished it's up to you. Husband works away Monday to Friday so he will only be home on the weekends. I am not a typical stay at home as me & the boys spend a lot of time out & about at our groups & classes which we attend regularly leaving plenty of time for you to have the place to place to yourself. The room itself is very nice & spacious it was redecorated this summer. Any viewings welcome. Un/furnished bills are included, bband, wc, washer/dryer, parking space. Good bus links to town, close to Weston Favell shopping centre.

We are looking for someone who can easily make themselves at home & is open & honest about any concerns. Also someone happy to clear up after themselves, share housework the usual stuff really.
