You'll have exclusive use of the main bathroom, right next to your bedroom (bath and shower) and your own off-road parking space.
The large, well equipped kitchen/diner has a dishwasher and the separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The only other occupants are the owner and a (friendly, well behaved) Labrador.
