Hello.
I have a ground floor spacious en-suite double room available in my comfortable modern village property that adjoins open countryside.
We have a gastro pub, local buses, Post office/shop and Butcher shop in the village. Lovely walks too.

I am looking for a mature professional person that needs accommodation as working away from home, so for 4/5 days per week.

The room is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables. Has a large TV and wifi included. Wardrobe. Modern en-suite shower room with toilet and basin. Immediate access from front door. Safe off road parking outside.
Kettle in room.

I have 3 small dogs presently which reside in the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge which is my principal living space. I am happy for someone to make a cuppa or use M/wave but I am not offering full use of kitchen facilities or washing machine.
I am looking for a honest reliable person who is tidy and respectful, and is not allergic to pets. I am sociable and easy going and the most important thing is to get along ..
