Ideally, I am looking for a professional person who is easy going, reliable and in full employment.

The house has 2 large down stairs rooms used as a TV rooms I enjoy watching box sets on Netflix, Amazon, and Now TV.

The second room I tend to use for more quiet times with the multi fuel log burner in the winter. Room has a smart TV.


The house has a Sonos sound system connected to Alexa.

We also have a large dining room which can be used for formal dining in private, if required.

I have a down stairs office room

You will have access to the Kitchen, it has recently been upgraded to a very high standard with Miele kitchen equipment and can seat six people.

I recently had a large cabin studio built with electrics in the rear private garden, which i used as my photography studio however, it could also be used as an occasional room as it has a comfy chair and a settee. Wifi, and wifi controlled Electric Heaters

I will expect the right person to maintain & clean their room on a weekly basis. I'm not your Mum 🤣🤣

If this isn't possible I could engage the services of a commercial cleaning company on a weekly basis and charge it back to you.


Washing machine available
My home has always been a non smoking house, so that rule will still apply. however if you do smoke, you're welcome to smoke outside.

You will hopefully be an animal/pet lover as i have 2 small dogs, I also love my music.

Gretton is a lovely village, it has 2 local pubs
and a sports and social club including a recreation and sports field, you also have the opportunity to take advantage of the many pleasant walks around the village and further.

Other house rules
Shoes off when entering the home
No cooking or eating in your room.
No visitors or overnight limited stayovers without prior agreement by myself.
I'm happy to discuss any of the above, and for you to visit the premises prior to any agreement.
