Double room for single occupancy

Hi, nice double room with TV for single occupancy. Furnished, separate bathroom initially for private use but possibly to share with 2nd (same sex) occupant if a 2nd room is rented out. Off road parking. Quiet location. Low occupancy, plenty of space, access to shared house facilities (wash mc, cooking etc). Suit mature professional person looking for a quiet life. Female preferred as from past experience they tend to look after their own and shared areas better. Just to add, I am not anti-social but tend to spend most of my time in my room so there won't be a lot of interaction. I have 2 other double rooms free and plan to rent one to start to see how it goes. Feel free to message for any further information.
