Shared shower room with other lodger. Large shower, WC, and washbasin.
Contemporary 5-bed barn, in 3 acres with underfloor heating and double glazing. Car parking in drive. The village has a wonderful shop, post office, and pub serving good food. We are a few minutes drive from M1 and A14 and less than 30 mins from Northampton, Market Harborough, Kettering, and Corby. Cleaner weekly.
I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and who needs somewhere to rest their head Monday to Friday. Would suit someone working away from home during the week.
Not suitable for someone who is looking for somewhere 7 days a week, however, the odd weekend would not be a problem.
