Country cottage sole occupancy

This is usually sole occupancy of 2 bed cottage with owners nextdoor. You'll have it to yourself during the week, with occasional weeks when you will be asked to move out when our family come to stay - maybe once per 6 weeks, with at least 5 days notice when that happens.
Double bedroom, spacious bathroom with shower and bath, open plan sitting, dining area and compact kitchen with oven, hob and microwave, washing machine.
Rural edge of village location, 20 mins to Northampton, open views, local shop and pub within walking distance. Near Mercedes Brixworth HQ.

Would suit quiet, self-sufficient, tidy person, working out during the day.
