Large room with double bed & dedicated bathroom

This is a ground floor room in our home, containing a double bed, sitting area, table and chairs and flat screen TV which would be ideal for someone looking to be around the Northampton/Kettering area from Monday to Friday.
The room has a separate entrance and a dedicated shower room across the hall. These facilities mean that the location would suit someone looking to live independently rather than in a house full of lodgers. There is also a utility room (shared with us) which has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge.
The ideal candidate will enjoy relaxed rural living next to wooded area and open fields (we are a farm on the edge of a village). We have a small friendly terrier but she doesn't need to be part of your life if you're not a fan. We are about 6 miles from Moulton Park, 9 from Brackmills, 6 from Kettering, 5 from Brixworth, 5 from Park Farm, Wellingborough.
