Welcome to my home, situated in a private gated community within the village of Hardingstone.

The room is available Monday to Friday only, however you are most welcome to leave things in the room at all times, consider it to be a home away from home.

Major transport networks including the A45 and M1 Junction 15 are less than 5 minutes away.

The property is particularly well situated for anyone working or studying at Brackmills Industrial Estate or the University of Northampton.

The home benefits from high speed internet and is professionally cleaned regularly. All bills are also included.

The property benefits from having a post office, hairdressers, village shop and pub all within walking distance plus larger supermarkets and shops a short drive away.

For those with their own transport, there is free parking on the street directly outside the property.

For those without their own transport, there is a bus stop directly outside the property as well as a local network of electric scooters.

I am seeking an individual for single occupancy of the room who will look after the home as if it were their own.
