It is a double room in a 3 bedroom house with access to garden and a driveway.
There is only myself who will be living in the home and also my Dachshund.

Located in a friendly neighbourhood about 10 minute drive from the city centre and next to the M1.
Open to pets and flexible on leasing :)
Room not currently furnished but happy to provide a bed and mattress for move in, already a wardrobe in the room built in. Really would like it to feel like home from home so more than happy for the given person to decorate etc.
