Double Room In Large House, Rushden Higham Ferrers

Fully Furnished double room with full sliding fitted wardrobes, bedding supplied, wall fitted tv and shutter blinds, It’s a big house with a big bathroom with large shower and large bath ( lodgers and guests use) I have my own bathroom.
It’s just myself and one lodger, I work part time and go away a fair bit, I have a well behaved dog so you must feel very comfortable around dogs.
Use of washer and dryer, plenty of cupboard space including fridge &freezer.
I’m chatty and friendly, the house can be very social at times but will of course respect you’re privacy, you will be made to feel very at home. lovely garden and outside smoking area, lovely quite area of Higham ferrers, rushden, with lots of off road parking. Wi-Fi , all bills included.
