Furnished double with ensuite / parking space available.

I'm looking for friendly and considerate housemate to share my townhouse in Higham Ferrers.

The house has three floors and I am looking to rent the double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It's bright and airy, fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside table, and chair. The ensuite is modern with a shower, sink and toilet.

Downstairs is a shared open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with double doors to the back garden, and a downstairs bathroom.

I have a small friendly and affectionate dog, so you will enjoy sharing this house if you like dogs.

Energy and water costs are the divided equally, usually at 40 to 45 per month. Broadband is provided.

The house is located in a quiet area and is a five-minute walk to the high street and to the river. It is also a short drive to Rushden Lakes - which has lots of restaurants, shops and a cinema.

My ideal lodger would be clean and considerate, and a person who loves dogs too.
