Hello there. I have a nice double room to let ideally for single occupancy but would consider couples. The house is a old Victorian terrace set back from the road. There is only road parking and a shared bathroom for three bedrooms. The house is in reasonable condition. There is a nice shared living area and a large fully equipped kitchen dining room. There is a large yard leading to a terraced garden and Sumner house.
