4 bed house in quiet cul-de-sac ready for immediate occupation.
Myself, and 2 house mates are in situ and as the previous occupant has now moved to London we have a vacancy for another house mate.
havebeen sharing this house with others for 4yrs and they seem to stay for a while. 2. 5 yrs 2yrs and 1. 5 yrs respectively. Also had a couple of 6 monthers on job contracts.
House consists of 4beds, 3 lounges kitchen, bathroom, conservatory, patio and large gardens front and rear. BBQ area if we ever get the weather!!!Close to all amenities and major roads but still very quiet!!!
