The house has a shared bathroom with a separate downstairs wc.
Plenty of safe parking . The room is furnished with a single bed but room for a double wardrobe , tv , armchair and set of drawers . The room is to the rear of the property overlooking the garden .

I can clean your room. and do your washing for an extra £20 pcm.

We are a nice quiet clean and tidy family and would hope to find someone to share a house who is the same .

We are available most evenings and weekends for viewings and a chat over a coffee.
