The house is in a great location with the best of both worlds - It is a nice quiet street with very little traffic going by, and parking is easy – always plenty of spaces. And yet we are just a 5 minute walk from the town centre.
Nearest pub, shops, various takeaways, supermarket, ATM, bus stop etc – all within 5 minutes’ walk.

------ The Ideal Tenant ------
Male or female, aged 30 – 55.
Looking for a working person who is seeking a friendly and clean environment to live in. The ideal person would be tidy, reasonably quiet, and sociable.

------ Terms and Conditions ------
Deposit is 2 weeks rent - £200, fully refundable on leaving in the event of no damage being caused.
No referencing fees.
No minimum or maximum terms, I just ask that you give one months’ notice if/when you decide to move on, if possible.
