Lovely, cosy, newly furnished single room

Hi there!

I'm a live in landlord and I have a beautiful, newly decorated single room for rent. I recently bought the house and live here with my partner and my small dog.

We both work full time (partly from home) and in the evenings we enjoy cooking, long walks and watching whatever Netflix series we're hooked on! We love to travel (albeit it's been hindered this year due to Covid) and we're pretty chilled, laid back people.

I am looking for a *very* clean, tidy and respectful lodger who doesn't mind dogs (I will consider someone with a small breed dog also). No party animals please as we like our sleep 😁.

The house has a huge bathroom, kitchen with dining room, two living rooms (joined via an open arch) and a garden with a lean to. There is roadside parking outside and there's always spaces available.

We are around a 5 minute walk into the town and local amenities and there is a shop on the corner, with a Nisa and Tesco Express also within walking distance. Asda, Aldi, Lidl, Farmfoods and Food Warehouse are all within a 5 minute drive as are other big shops such as Dunelm, B&Q, Wickes and other retail shops. The road is quiet and the neighbours are friendly.

The room is fully furnished with a big wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, dressing table/desk, bedside lamp, bin and new single bed with bedding. Venetian blinds were recently fitted. You will also have your own under counter fridge freezer for use in the kitchen and hour own cupboard space.
