2 bedroom semi detached house

Lovely 2 bed house in a new build area. Has driveway and newly landscaped garden . The house had been done from top to bottom recently so all fresh and new looking . I work as a medical Secretary and have quite a busy social life . I love to go to the spa and go most days to swim . I have 2 dogs so you must like animals. It has a downstairs toilet as well as an upstairs bathroom. The loft has been boarded so plenty of room for storage if needed. The room available is fairly big with a large cupboard in which could be turned into hanging space etc if needed . The person living here must be working and I would appreciate references. A non smoking person preferably as definitely no smoking in the property . There are plenty of shops and takeaways near by in walking distance and the area is nice and quiet . Buses are about a 5 minute walk if needed .
