Kettering housemate needed - 1 occupant already

I have a Victorian terrace 2 bedroom property I am renting in Kettering available from 14th August onwards. My housemate has moved out due to a change in their circumstances.

Pets are considered, we can discuss this. I have a 4 year old westie/poodle cross.

I work 40-50 hours a week so I can be away a lot of the time.

Once I have a housemate in, more of my finances will free up and I’ll be looking to renovate the house top to bottom to make my own mark on it, happy for any potential new housemate to be involved and make their mark too. Whole house will be shared between us, I have no children and I don’t often have many people around.

I’m looking for someone who doesn’t want a perfect looking house and doesn't mind the fact that it needs work. You must be clean and tidy and have a full time job. Looking for reliability.

The landlord has requested that any new tenant be added to the tenancy agreement. Due to this a deposit of £400 is required which is just under half the whole deposit. This will be sent the landlord and protected under DPS for at least the next 4 months.
