There will never be more than 4 people living in the house. Current tenants are 3 females and they would like another female housemate to join them.
The property boasts two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen with new appliances, new boiler and heating system, cosy lounge and a garden with shed for possible bike storage. Our own maintenance team make sure that the house is in immaculate condition at all times.
