Easy access to A14 and A43. Located in quiet area of Kettering, off road parking, use of some other rooms, Flatmate is expected to keep common areas clean and tidy and their room and bathroom
The house is clean and tidy, with a large garden, non smokers only!
I am also happy to consider short term lets of a week at a time or just a few nights a week (discounted), I am looking for one person or may consider a for a short term a couple to share with, so there is a lot of space, please note the price is for one person sharing with me,
