We have two rooms available in our property.
1 double bedroom — £550 rant and £400 deposit
Pretty big room and fully furnished. Has one double bed which is also attached to bunk bed, all has comfortable mattresses on, one wardrobe, one chest of drawer which has 5 drawers, one full size mirror, one study or computer desk, one chair and one dustbin for bedroom.
1 Single room — £450 rent and £300 deposit
It is single room. It has one single bed with mattress, one wardrobe, 3 wall attached shelves, one small mirror and one small table.
This property has shared kitchen. In kitchen has electric hobbs with double oven, plenty of space for preparing food, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryers, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, pans, cutlery. You can use all but please don’t break or damage any things.
This property has shared one full bathroom and one half bathroom/cloakroom. Full bathroom has basin, toilet, bath and shower. Half bathroom/cloakroom only has basin and toilet.
Also has shared dining room.
You can also share lounge but note we do not have any television please.
We also have rear garden. In sunny days or in good weather you can put chairs outside and sit there.
It has five minutes walk for nearest bus stop where you easily connect to Kettering railway station or town centre in about 10 minutes. There is also 10 minutes walk to Wicksteed park and also find more buses, X4 bus routes also find in about 7 minutes walk. Depends on walking some people may walk quicker.
There is one corner shop around. Big Tesco, Aldi’s shop, Argos, Peacock shop, B&M store and more shops in about 15 to 20 minutes walk. Pizza Hut and more restaurants also about 15 to 20 minutes walk. All places take about 5 minutes in bus and in car. There is cinemas nearby about 20 to 25 minutes walk or you can also take bus.
There is off road parking.
