Two Rooms available - 1 Double room and 1 Single

We have two rooms available in our house.
1 Double Room and 1 single room.
Double Room is pretty spacious. Include bunk bed which has double bed and single bed attached to. All has comfortable mattress on. This room has one wardrobe one chest of drawer, one mirror, one chair and one small dust bin.
1 Single room has single bed with mattress, one wardrobe and one dust bin.
In property has one full bathroom which includes shower, bath, sink and toilet.
Also has one half bathroom which includes toilet and sink.
In house has lounge, kitchen and dining room. Please note we do not have television.
In kitchen has fridge freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. We also have pans, plates, bowls and cutlery. You can use all but please do not break anything.
This property also has rear garden and off road parking.
You can also find bus routes near to our house is about 5 minutes walk. There are some more buses you can find near Wicksteed Park also X4 bus stop in about 5 to 7 minutes walk. Easily accessible to town centre and train station.
You can also find corner shop near to house. There are Aldi, Tesco and more shops in about 15 to 20 minutes walk. There are some restaurants in about 15 to 20 minutes walk and if you are driving then it would be only 5 minutes away. There is Odeon cinema in about 20 minutes walk or you can also catch the bus.
