Lovely area, safe and happy small shared home

Cleaning of shared areas at least weekly. Good sized room sharing great bathroom with only one other. Neff double oven. induction hob and dishwasher in shared kitchen, walking distance to town, railway and hospital. Communal lounge/diner. Tea and coffee included. We have a cockapoo so must be very comfortable with dogs. Landlady lives in garden annexe. Room available now
