THE HOUSE...
...is a stunning shared house, with a large, well-equipped kitchen and communal space where you, if you wish, you can share cooking and meals with your fellow housemates and relax at the end of the day. And there's LOADS of off-street parking, and easy access to all parts of Kettering, the A14 and the train station.

OCCUPANCY: All our rooms are for one person only.

ALL INCLUSIVE: That's all your bills (gas, electricity and water), Council Tax, high speed fibre broadband and wifi throughout the house, and TV License (communal TV) all included within your rent. Oh, and the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is included at no extra cost. If you like the sound of all that, contact us now before the room is gone

YOUR BEDROOM...
...is fully furnished to a very high standard. It has a divan bed with underbed storage, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and shelving, plus hard-wired ethernet socket, USB charging points and digital TV aerial socket. It's also got a separate entrance onto a courtyard garden space which can be accessed only by the resident of this room

WEEKLY CLEANER:
We provide a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas and the shared bathroom, and we also have a regular window cleaner and gardener.

THE SOCIAL HUB...
...comprises a fantastic, large and well-equipped kitchen with seating area, 2 ovens, 2 electric hobs, 2 fridge/freezers, a microwave and a dishwasher. It opens onto a fully furnished communal living area with a large flat screen TV with freeview, and patio doors opening onto the garden

THE OUTSIDE SPACE...
...has a very large drive at the front which can accommodate one vehicle per housemate, and there's a garden area at the back of the house with a washing line

LOCATION:
The house is located in the popular and well-established Ise Lodge residential area, and is a short distance from Kettering town centre, train and bnus stations, and the hospital as well as supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants and a selection of shops. In the more immediate locale, there are shops, takeaways, a post office, pub, cash point and other services within walking distance.

We are professional dedicated landlords who are responsive and helpful should a problem arise

The property is council tax band C. Council Tax is included in your all inclusive bills.
