A large double room is available to rent in a friendly smoke free home just a short walk to Kettering train station.

I am selling my house but open to renting a room out during the selling process. Nothing set in stone yet so could be a few months before anything actually happens sale wise. I’m in no rush so feel free to message me. May be the occasional house viewing at the property but I’ll let you know.
