Double room available

I have a double room available in a quiet large victorian home, living near to town area and lots of shops and 5 minutes walk to train station. There is off street parking available. Walking distance to st mary's and kettering hospital, ideally looking for professional preferrably female. There is a shared kitchen with washing machine, dryer, kettle, microwave, hob and oven. Shower/bath and toilet on 1st floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor and patio area in the garden and i just installed home alarm system. All bills are included into rent.
This will be great for hospital staff as its near 2 main hospital's KGH and St Mary's or any other professional's. There is direct bus service to corby, northampton, wellingborough or serounding area's nearby. Although i m a live in landlord, i am hardly at home, mostly working.
