I have 2 rooms available ,one is onsuite double room available with additional storage room and this is £600 permonth and second is double room is £530 in a quite home, living near to town area and lots of shops and 5 minutes walk to train station. There is off street parking available. Walking distance to st mary's and kettering hospital, ideally looking for professional preferrably female but will also consider professional male. There is a shared kitchen with washing machine, dryer, kettle, microwave, hob and oven. Shower/bath and toilet on 1st floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor and patio area in the garden and i just installed home alarm system. All bills are included into rent.
This will be great for hospital staff as its near 2 main hospital's KGH and St Mary's.
