Furnished Double Bedroom in nice house

I am a 31 year old professional female looking to rent out a furnished (double bed and a wardrobe) bedroom within my house (can be unfurnished if you have own furniture).

The house comprises of a porch, living room, kitchen two double bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has a large garden, front garden and private driveway.

It is on a nice (quiet) housing development within Kettering and is walking distance to a few good shops, takeaways and a local family pub.

I work quite a lot and keep myself busy, so we will not be living in each others pockets!

I am looking for someone sensible, reliable and will look after the house and tidy up after themselves.

All bills are included within the monthly rent & the only thing I would expect you to pay for yourself is your own food.
