Superb Double Room in Kettering

I have a very nice double room but with single bed available in a modern, warm and draft free house that is in an ideal location being only 15 minutes walk from the centre but also tucked away in a surprisingly quiet, private and secure place away from passing pedestrians and traffic.

All my previous housemates told me that the room and house was the best place they have had seen by a long way so I'm confident that you'll like it too. It's a clean and orderly house and would definitely suit someone who is thoughtful and considerate with good standards. Not a party house.

The previous housemate was here for about 4 years and she loved it. She only left after saving up enough money to get her own flat. I'm looking for another female housemate because that worked well before with two males and one female. A nice balance.
