I offer a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine etc comfy sitting room, dining room and bathroom. There is gas central heating and a wood burning stove.
There is also a large garden, & brick shed (suitable for storage).
£350 per month, with one month rent as a deposit which will be returned in full at the end of your stay. All bills included, including internet. I don't mind short stays, minimum being 1 month.
I'm clean and tidy so expect you to be too!
The room has fitted wardrobes for ample storage, large chest of draws & double bed.
