The price also includes weekly room cleaning service. The room overlooks the garden. We are an easy-going happy family with a friendly labradoodle. Roadside parking with no restrictions.
Nice central location in Heritage Quarter of Kettering- great neighbourhood within walking distance to town centre. The mainline train station is only a 5 minute walk and it is only 55 minutes into London St. Pancras. Trains leave every 30 minutes - and the house is right next to town centre. There is easy access to the A14- which is about 1 mile away.

This quiet neighbourhood is primarily Victorian in the Heritage Quarter of Kettering. The surrounding villages are wonderful with thatched roofs and tearooms and the amazing Wicksteed Park is only a short 15 minute walk away.
All of the shops and restaurants are also just a 5 minute walk. Very convenient.
No Smoking in the house (but you can smoke in the garden)
Parking is on the road and without restrictions.
Use of kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer.
