Beautiful Large Double Room

This is a beautiful double room. It is 5 mins from the heart of Kettering town. We are both professionals and work at Northampton General Hospital. The room is finished with a double bed complete with Linen, clothes rail and storage drawers under the bed. We have a jack and Jill bathroom but as we work long days we are hardly there. Our price of £450 is inclusive of all the bills ie: water, electric and gas. You will have full use of the house but we do ask that you clean up after yourself as we like our house clean. We have a lovely garden and we are set next to 2 beautiful country fields if you are a fan of walking in your spare time this would be perfect for you! We do have a little dog called Jasper he is a Yorkshire Terrier and very very friendly so we hope you like pets!
