Cosy Double room in shared house to rent. Furnished with a double bed with mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside table. There is also an ensuite shower & wash hand basin.
Rent includes:
-All bills, cleaning of communal areas & Superfast 160mb virgin media WIFI broadband.

There is a main bathroom with electric shower over bath, sink, toilet and a separate cloakroom on the landing. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel electric oven, ceramic hob, sink/drainer and plenty of cupboard space. There is a large Fridge Freezer and a washing machine.
Outside is decking with seating area and washing line.

Must be considerate and tidy. A working person who is considerate, clean & tidy would fit in here.

Smoking ok but only outside. Mill Road (NN16) is approx 5 minutes walk to the town centre. I'm looking for someone to rent long term, so no short term let sorry.
