Shared kitchen and living room, plus shared boxroom for additional storage. Clean, tidy, newly decorated, will also have a wardrobe before anybody moves in.

Preferably aged 25-40, looking for somebody who's tidy and will clean up after themselves. Would prefer female but won't discount anybody if we get on and you're not a psychopath. Emphasis on not being a psychopath, loonatic or somebody who'll leave food sitting around for days on end or repeatedly wake me up at 5am having lost the keys (again) or invite the entire neighborhood to parties - been there, done that and still cleaning up the mess months later.

I'm a 34-year old journalist, I work from home, am laid back, easy going and out during a lot of evenings.

One month's rent and a deposit of £300 up front.
