Large Double Room Available March

I have a double room available to let in my 4 bed semi detached house in Kettering.

The room is currently unfurnished except for a built in wardrobe but furniture can be provided if required.

The room would ideally suit someone who would like to live in a lovely house with fun and respectful housemates :)

I'm 32 and a firefighter currently working away from home 4 days a week. The house is large and has been recently renovated so everything is fairly new. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom (there is a downstairs toilet as well). We also have high speed 200mb broadband.

We are looking for someone who is laid back and easy going, likes to have a laugh and doesn't mind pets as I have 3 dogs. We like to socialise but are quite happy if left to our own devices. Clean, tidy and respectful is a must as we take a lot of pride in our home (we have a cleaner once a week for the communal areas and also a gardener/handyman).
