Small single bedroom. Village location

The room is small, but sunny and bright and is on the first floor of my modernly decorated family home.
There are 3 adults in our family and one other lodger who has been with us for over 2 years.
The room is on the first floor and is approximately 9ft x 5ft
Its a small room but it's clean, the house is damp free and the price of the rent asked is a VERY fair price for the size of the room.
Its a good space for someone who just needs somewhere to put their head down. NOT a long term let!

Broadband provided and Sky TV is available, though an extra box price would be charged by Sky and would be payable by the lodger.

You will be provided with a single size bed, a single wardrobe, bedside drawers and a clothes drying rail.
You will need your OWN bed-linen, towels etc, as well as crockery and cooking utensils.

The bathroom has an electric shower, and will be shared with our family. There is also another full bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
(NO bath available)
The house is heated by storage heaters only.

You will have full use of our kitchen and some space in the fridge.

We have 4 Golden Retriever dogs , (who, I must warn you, at this time of the year do cause muddy mess AND a lot of dust at times) and 2 cats all living in the house.
The dogs are NEVER permitted upstairs., but the cats are.

The applicant must BE in and REMAIN in full time employment and be clean and tidy and a NON SMOKER.
Heavy drinkers not accepted.

NOTE-
You MUST be good with animals as we obviously have several pets.

The applicant will need transport as we are 2 miles from any town.
There is parking in the lay-by outside.

Short term let for a few weeks or so is OK but please note..
