Lovely room nr train station and town centre

This is a lovely bright furnished double room in a clean, semi-detached house, 15min walk to Kettering train station with direct trains to London and a 15min walk to the town centre.

£350 in advance including bills with Wi-Fi in the room, phone calls are not included. A damage deposit of £350 will be required.

There is a minimum 3 months contract.

There is shared use of the living room with TV, dining room / kitchen (which has recently been refitted) and bathroom.

There is a decent sized garden with patio, parking for one car on the drive and on street parking.

I'm looking for a relaxed easy going person who is up for a chat and glass of wine on occasion.

It is a clean, tidy, non-smoking house.

Please note that I generally don't rent to someone I haven't met, so I will need to meet you, I will consider exceptions if you are abroad but would then like to chat over the phone or facetime / skype if possible. No couples I'm afraid.
