Recently decorated, the room fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk , chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The shared bathroom with just one of other person is shower equipped over a large corner bath.

The house has a communal living room that leads onto a large fully equipped kitchen with a seating area. To the back of the house is a sun trap patio garden with table and chairs along with a BBQ and bike shed.

All in all a great house that must be seen to be appreciated! I am looking for a young professional that requires good quality accommodation to share with other mixed sociable professionals. Future tenant must be respectful of noise, cleanliness and privacy.

I’m not looking a couple, DSS , or person with a pet.
