1 double bedroom with large ensuite for rent in a very large 3 storey modern open planned house. Looking for a lodger who is of a professional nature only .
Bills are included of rent, the house itself is 20 minute walk from main town center, 10 minute walk from the train station and is situated on a quiet street. We do have cats however these are house trained and are outdoor cats most of the time. The broadband is unlimited we have now TV and Netflix downstairs, however Sockets are available in the bedroom, if you wanted Sky TV at an additional cost.
