Spacious room in shared house to let immediately . The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The shared bathroom with just one of other person is shower equipped over a large corner bath.

The house has a communal living room that leads onto a large fully equipped kitchen with a seating area. To the back of the house is a sun trap patio garden with table and chairs along with a bike shed.

All in all a great house that must be seen to be appreciated! I am looking for a professional that requires good quality accommodation in a peaceful environment to share with other mixed professionals. Future tenant must be respectful of noise, cleanliness and privacy.
